
Build and lead global lending business group with a team of 23 professionals having responsibility for managing and coordinating the end-to-end lending process (from loan origination/inception through its lifecycle), with an annual transaction volume of 750 loans and $120 billion. Provide critical execution support for large, underwritten acquisition financings.

Designed Group’s Business Plan / Revenue Optimization / Expense Reduction - Consolidated the firm’s lending activities and responsibilities that were previously performed across multiple origination groups (100+ Analysts, Associates, VPs & Directors in the Industry Coverage, Leveraged Finance, and Debt Capital Markets teams) into one new, smaller product expert team of 23 professionals. Allowed origination bankers to dedicate more time to originating new deals / generating revenues vs. managing the internal & external loan process for clients.
