Following the Capital One acquisition, he led the turnaround of Health Enterprises, a consumer health product company, by installing a disciplined data driven approach and building a vibrant open innovation NPD process. Optimized revenue across big box retail, distributors, hospitals and international. Sold the company to a PE portfolio following 4 consecutive years of record revenue (12.9% CAGR) and 5 straight years of 20%+ EBITDA growth.
