Reported to the bank’s Wealth Executive, led 5 functional executives and a staff of 100+ professionals. Corporate Officer and Member of Retail Leadership Team focused on the Community Bank long term strategy; member of Executive Council leadership team contributing to the banks corporate strategy; member of the Non-Deposit Investment Product Committee governing audit and regulatory compliance for the division.
Rebuilt the division’s governance model including organizational structures, reporting lines, improved metrics / reporting and operating rhythms
Aligned Investment Services strategy with the Retail Division’s mission to improve client financial wellness and increased use of corporate utilities (Digital, Technology, Marketing, Client Analytics) to accelerate the pace of change

Increased revenue YoY by more than 15%; highest in division’s history in 2017 and 2018
Designed, built and implemented one consistent sales process for all financial advisors
Executed a client segmentation strategy to focus financial advisors on the highest value prospects
Implemented rigorous, metric-based, performance management routines for sales leaders anchored in data, inspection and coaching
