  • Owner of all Business Development Draft Proposals where corporate funds were being allocated, to ensure proper audit controls in place; from documentation to revenue management of capital and expense, tenant improvement allowance

  • Project Team Member to document requirements and scope of work for customized web-based software (Tango Analytics) for use with all Field Teams to track the restaurant development process

  • Created Salesforce process and reporting to streamline legal expiration requirements, partnering with IT to build out more robust data content in Salesforce

  • Implemented tools and reporting for Leadership to obtain real time status of each Corporate project

  • Developed Procurement Vendor Contracts Management template using DocuSign to send, track and execute required documentation to meet audit requirements
