  • Partnered with operations to create and implement restaurant level career path providing clear direction for training and development from entry-level front of the house or back of the house positions through General Manager utilizing career journals, road maps and position assessments.

  • Led successful transition from one HRIS system, ADP, to another, Ultipro, as well as implementation of Freebird's first applicant tracking and onboarding system, JobApp. Subsequent transition to PeopleMatter within 12 months.

  • Consolidated benefits with parent company and transitioned to new benefit plans in 2015 resulting in reduced cost of medical coverage for employees with dependents by 20-45%.

  • Collaborated with finance and operations to assess and improve bi-annual bonus program, calculation and payout process.

  • Created and implemented annual restaurant management and staff performance review and merit process resulting in a consistent, scalable solution to evaluate performance and financial impact.
