Developed a store capital planning process (which did not exist prior) to add 3 stores, raise & rebuild 4 stores & perform major capital projects at 6 stores by 2021. Developed an associated financing strategy & capital funding plan.

  • Provided strategic planning services to a $3B private equity firm assisting in their acquisition activities.

  • Provided extensive due diligence work for a $6B private equity firm during their acquisition of 32 companies as part of a rollup strategy.
