Andrew is a Shareholder in the Indianapolis office of Hall Render who is responsible for leading the firm’s real estate service line. For over a decade he has represented owners, operators, developers and investors of health care facilities on real estate matters. He is routinely called upon to assist clients as they lease, purchase, sell and develop health care facilities.
Over the years, Andrew has been a frequent speaker on health care real estate topics at local, regional and national conferences. He has also written extensively on legal issues affecting health care real estate transactions.
Andrew is responsible for overseeing the firm’s Health Care Real Estate Advisor newsletter and podcast, as well as the firm’s Health Care Real Estate Legal Summit.
A sample of recent engagements include the following: -Represented a national health care provider in connection with the development of over a dozen specialty hospitals -Represented numerous health care providers as they buy and sell hospital facilities -Represented the buyer of multiple free-standing emergency departments in connection with a sale-leaseback transaction -Represented developers and tenants of build-to-suit medical office buildings -Represented a health system tenant in a CTL transaction involving a build-to-suit medical office building -Represented investors buying into a medical office building projects -Represented multiple health care providers as they negotiate hospital within a hospital leases for specialty hospitals
