It is super easy to put work, fitness, kindness and belief in yourself on the back burner during these times. As humans we weren’t designed to sit still, we were designed to make a difference and survive. Make a difference in your work, your family, and your health. There is a new norm and make sure you raise the bar. Just be 1% better today, than you were yesterday.
